Job Summary:
Salary package: $2,800 - $3,900, Handphone allowance: $60 Eligible for June bonus (1 to 2 months) + December bonus (1 month) and Flexi dollars: $800 / year
Annual leave: 14 days
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
Working location : Tuas Avenue 18 (Company bus at 8am Tuas Crescent MRT Exit B bus stop)
Job Responsibilities:
· To focus on Capability Development of New Vehicle (e.g. Electric Vehicle).
· To be able to perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair (e.g. engine, turbo system, CAN bus, etc).
· To possess knowledge of Vehicle System Overview with proper understanding of the interlink and Interlock systems onboard Commercial Vehicles.
· To perform Defect trend analysis.
· To lead Technical investigation and discussion.
· To lead the Diagnostic Team.
· To manage Fleet Management study on operation vs durability studies.
· To submit Technical report.
· To provide Technical Training and Guidance to technicians.
· To source for solutions to improve product durability and reliability.
· To support workshop in repair and servicing when need arises.
· To advise and perform in-depth and comprehensive trouble shooting in technical problem with and without using electronic diagnostic tools,
raised by the team and perform hands-on repair to the vehicle if needed.
· To check and ensure all the recording of repair findings, rectification, images, voice message or any other details as required are accurate and precise.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Engineering (Automotive / Electrical) / Relevant working experience.
· Able to use Electronic Diagnostic tools.
· Able to understand Engineering systems theory, Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical drawings.
· Experience in leading a team of technicians, briefing and guidance of technicians, distribution and control of works.
· Preferably possess Class 5 license (Heavy Vehicle).
