Sales Trainer

Position Overview:

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of our team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, along with a deep understanding of insurance and finance products and services.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to the needs of our sales team.
  2. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
  3. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and drive performance.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sales training and development.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  7. Continuously update and refine training content to ensure relevance and alignment with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the insurance or finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, investments, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions or meetings.
