Position Overview:
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of our team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, along with a deep understanding of insurance and finance products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to the needs of our sales team.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and drive performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sales training and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously update and refine training content to ensure relevance and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the insurance or finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, investments, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions or meetings.
