Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma holder
- Min 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Neat & organised
Job Description
· Handling general queries from public, officials, staff or students at reception counter
· Handling telephone queries from public, officials, staff or students
· Maintaining and updating of Data/records/forms
· Receiving, Tracking and monitoring of goods/items delivered
· Assist in handling of Lost and Found items
· Any duties assigned by Admin Manager, Vice-Principals and Principal
