To support the Operations Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the ship agency's operations in Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth operation for vessel calls
- Manage clients’ account and produce relevant KPIs
- Ensure timely and successful service according to the different customer’s needs.
- Provide Cost Estimates prior to vessel arrival & coordinating with relevant authorities
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services
- Provide administrative support to the operations department, including filing, data entry, and documentation management
- Communicate proactively with all parties involved in the port call
- Timely updates into system where/when applicable in regards to vessels operations.
- Available to work outside normal working office hours.

QUALIFICATIONS
- ITE Nitec/ O Levels / Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Shipping Operations or Maritime Studies.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Maritime industry is an advantage.
- Able and willing to work after office hours and irregular hours when necessary
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team.
