- Provide essential support in processing orders with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain a disciplined and methodical approach to work, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Release information promptly to meet manufacturing start dates and customer delivery needs.
- Review all incoming orders to ensure the accurate issuance of job cards, drawings, manuals, and work instructions aligning with customer specifications.
- Uphold accuracy and compliance with engineering disciplines and standards, including issuing work instructions, bill of materials, new part creation, and drawing control for manuals.
- Collaborate with auditing bodies to secure equipment approvals.
- Offer technical support for warranty/service issues, providing technical advice internally and to customers/onboard engineers. Full training will be provided for this aspect of the role.
