Job Descriptions:
• Provide professional service, deployment of cybersecurity solutions and infrastructure for our security vendor partners
• Provide critical support to core infrastructure services such as– Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Certificate Services, Azure Active Directory, AWS, O365, MS Teams and Active Directory Connect
• Preferably good understanding of Client Management Tools such as IBM BigFix, MS SCCM, and/or Ivanti solutions
• Manage and execute complex project such as integration and upgrade of security solutions (which may include anti-malware, network IPS, firewalls, proxies, web application firewalls, DDoS, End Detection and Response, Identity and Privilege account management solution, SIEM, vulnerability management solutions etc)
• Handle project implementation related activities and processes
• Work closely with Support vendor to support the IT Systems and O365 product suites according to the contractual requirement.
• Support Sales Team from opportunity identification to closing of deal
• Support the Sales Team by providing views and input which is relevant to pricing considerations and provides the necessary technical proposal
• Provide technical testing or support to pre-sales engineer / customer on the network setup
• Support sales of software and services through Proof of Concepts and internal delivery activities
• Ensuring that the solution can deliver on the customer’s requirements
· Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors
· Proactively doing research on upcoming products, service protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
· Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
· Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in a SI or distributor environment with network security skillset; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
· Experience with scripting and automation tools
· Positive working attitude and a good team player, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
· Willing to work extended hours and after office hours when needed
