Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping for company’s monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts, preparing of full set accounts, financial statements, including consolidation
- Prepare and filing of GST
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Reports for Managment, Financial Year End closing documents for our Company Accountant
- Prepare and Collate Quarterly Sales Reports
- Payroll reports for all employees (full-time and part-time)
- Process monthly CPF contributions, salaries, ad-hoc claims
- Process Application & Renewal of work passes for foreign employees, Corppass Administration etc
- Process yearly tenders / contract renewals
- Process and pay suppliers' invoices, Bill clients on a monthly basis
- Develop and carry out and efficient documentation and filling system
- Work with Accounts Receivable Admin to ensure accuracy and prompt payments
- Any other administrative jobs as assigned by Management
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (full set of accounts/bookkeeping) is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Any Accounting Software such as MYOB / Xero / Quickbooks / Autocount
- Able to work independently and responsibly
