Food Lab Assistant
Location: Boon Lay
Duration: 6 months contract (Starts in June)
Salary: $12/hour (with CPF)
Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm (3 days per week)
Job Scope:
• To assist Product Developer in lab trial work including raw material batching, processing/cooking, data recording, file keeping
• To support lab maintenance duty (light duty); e.g material (raw/pack) management (receiving, storage, expiry), kitchen device calibration mgt,.
• Maintain Flavour Compliance documents and keep master file up to date
• Sample reception/dispatch
• Contribute to SOP upkeep
Job requirement:
- Able to commit to the entire duration
- No experience needed as training is provided
