Job Description:
- Translate into various clinics resource planning as well as cater to individual Private and Subsidised clinic needs
- Oversight and review all clinical domains’ manpower planning and allocation in outpatient clinics
- Review and manage doctors’ general and
- Responsible for faculty roster planning and management together with clinical HODs.
- Oversight, monitor and review utilisation of all clinics resources and different models of care in outpatient clinic
- Understand needs, identify priorities and strategic directions to align organization goals
- Establish, review, analyse and monitor clinic key operational efficiency performance indicators
- Propose and review action plans and new models of care to ensure the maintenance of overall quality of care delivery to patient in collaboration with Clinical HODs and clinics stakeholders
- Provide timely management reports and update management on various outpatient clinic performances and key initiatives regularly
- Perform other duties / projects as requested by HOD
- Oversee, map service touch points in the patient journey and roll out clinic initiatives in alignment with SNEC Management/ SingHealth objectives
- Engage stakeholders to identify and work on areas of improvement based on patient feedback to improve patient experience
- Oversight the development of the outpatient clinics’ business goals and objectives and provide support in the planning and implementation of action plans and processes
- Formulate yearly departmental work plans, capital and manpower budget based on appropriate workload indicators with inputs from clinics stakeholders team
- Recommend acquisition of various capital equipment to met the clinical departments and organisation needs
- Perform market analysis, identify gaps and potential opportunities with community partners and stakeholders
- Establish framework and key performance indicators to regularly review and assess efficacy of our engagement initiatives
- Present timely updates and reports to management
- Oversight in the planning and reviewing of outpatient services together with facility operation team and clinic stakeholders.
- Involved in the centre ongoing clinics upgrading projects in outpatient clinics
- Regular review of clinic facility utilisation and management
- Regular engagement of Management and clinic stakeholders on service area gaps and areas of improvement
- Identify areas of improvement, analyse and implement work processes or initiatives to enhance clinic productivity and efficiency
- Spearhead, monitor and review of quality and work process improvement projects
Job Requirements:
- Possessed a recognised Degree in any discipline
- With 7 to 8 years of experience in healthcare institution with ground working experience in clinical operations
- At least 5 years working in a supervisory/ managerial level
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills; excellent organising and coordination skills
