Your role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to support the full cycle of recruitment, including basic administrative duties like resume conversion.
What Will You Do:
Business Development (50%)
- To identify and develop strong clients’ accounts by doing cold calling / telemarketing
- To maintain strong relationship with both new and existing clients
- To serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfil clients and candidates needs
Recruitment (20%)
- To post job ads on various job portals / recruitment channels
- To screen resume and call potential candidates
- To source candidates via advertising on job portals, resume mining, networking and referrals
- To act as a middleman between candidates and hiring managers
Administrative (30%)
- To do resume conversion for team members before sending it to our clients
What Do You Need:
- Competitive and quick on the feet
- Proficient in Ms Office Suites, Zoom/ Ms Team/ GoogleMeet
- Sales focused, achievement-oriented and result orientated
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to perform under stress
Package:
- S$2000 - S$3000 + Commissions
- Hybrid Working (Mon to Thurs, Office, 9am - 6pm, Friday - WFH) (Working hours may be adjusted to shorter hours depending on performance)
