The Opportunity
The Client Advice and Management Director reports into Initiative President, APAC and is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day performance media campaigns of the dedicated client team.
- Take a leadership role in a team of approx. 20 FTEs, servicing AWS across Initiative and Kinesso (our digital activation sister agency)
- Leading the senior client relationship and agency relationship for paid performance media including making recommendations to improve client results and solve challenges
- Contributing to the performance product roadmap, to remain at the forefront of digital, product and technology innovation
- Identifying and owning initiatives to develop the performance offering for AWS
- Providing strong leadership across of a team of highly skilled performance experts including developing plans to grow professional development
Ideally
- From a Media Agency background, and experience leading a complex, global client, working within a strategic digital team
- Strong understanding of B2B media, performance marketing and analytics
- Great communication skills, with ability to manage and positively influence stakeholders at all levels and nurture relationships both internally and externally.
- Extensive understanding of the digital landscape; keeping up to date with new trends and technology
