Client Account Service Executive

Client account service executive are the liaison person for our clients. Act as a go-between for clients who have questions or concerns about products or services they’ve purchased, and work to ensure that our clients are happy with their experience.

You are also responsible for maintaining relationships with current and potential clients by providing them with information about new products or services, upcoming events, etc.

Job Duties

A client account service executive typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring that clients receive prompt responses to queries or complaints
  • Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting business meetings and events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops
  • Preparing reports on client activities, such as summarizing results of surveys or summarizing client feedback
  • Coordinating with other departments in the company to ensure that clients receive consistent and high quality service
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, or letters to provide information about products or services offered by the company
  • Collecting information about client needs and preferences to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities
  • Providing administrative support to executive management by performing tasks such as scheduling appointments and arranging conference calls;

Requirements

  • diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience working in client servicing, customer services or sales.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • good Communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Empathy are essential in this customer service role.
