RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure sufficient stocks for FairPrice Online.
- Manage inventory and stock level.
- Ensure stocks are made available at the right time with the right quantity.
- Liaise with suppliers to follow up and confirm delivery of order.
- Assist in handling enquiries from various stakeholders.
- Employ data to support in managing the inventory, measure fulfilment and stock availability and forecast accuracy and data analysis.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding product related concerns such as listing, promotions, replenishment.
- Proactively take actions on near-to-expiring stocks and ensure low quantities for aging stocks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE A' Level/ GCE O' level/ NITEC with 2 years of relevant work experience in product knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Analytical, detailed and result oriented
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
