PortOne, a leading fintech company providing a powerful SaaS platform for digital commerce businesses, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels (outbound calling, email marketing, industry events).
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs and pain points.
  • Solution Selling: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing how PortOne's platform can address their challenges and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, secure deals, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to successful contract signing.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Goal Achievement: Exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the digital commerce landscape and payment processing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
  • Adept at relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
