Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute basic procurement tasks, including purchasing office supplies and personal protective equipment.
- Manage the weekly packing of PPE requested by workers, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
