This advertisement is for the recruiting 2 (TWO) position of Corporate Support Officers.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary School located in Woodlands Ave 1.
Contract Period: CSO A: From 1 May 2024 (or as confirmed after the issuance of Letter of Acceptance whichever is later) to 30 Apr 2025
CSO B: From 1 July 2024 (or as confirmed after the issuance of Letter of Acceptance whichever is later) to 30 June 2025
Option to Extend: CSO A: From 1 May 2025 to 31 Aug 2025 CSO B: From 1 July 2025 to 31 Oct 2025
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
1st shift:
- Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays: 6.30am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
- Wednesday : 6.30am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
2nd shift:
- Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays: 8.45am to 6.00 pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
- Wednesday : 9.15am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
- Services not required on Saturdays, Sunday and gazette public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
To carry out core general administrative and clerical duties such as
- Provide frontline/counter customer service including handling calls and walk-in-queries
- Perform administrative tasks like filings and perform simple data entries
- Attend to pupils reporting at the First-Aid Room
To support teachers in ad-hoc preparation of resources which may include some of the following:
- Perform printing and photocopying jobs
- Preparation of teaching aids such as cutting and lamination works
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Have at least 1 complete year of administrative experience preferably in an educational institution
- Have at least 1 complete year of experience attending to first aid related matters
- Possess at least a GCE āNā level certificate or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and a collaborative team player
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
