Tender
- Assist to monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and service
- Assist to analyse and evaluate tender documents from technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements
- Assist to prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per requirements, this includes all systems, products and services to the client specifications/requirements for management review and approval
- Preparing and developing technical presentations
- Management of Pre and Post Tender documentations & clarifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Project
- Project and site co-ordination
- Monitor the progress of project schedule
- Source for required equipment, material, contractor and prepare Purchase Order and Sub-Contracting Agreement
- Evaluate Progress Claim from sub-contractor
- Prepare and Submit Monthly Progress/Variation Order Claim to Client
- Assist Project Manager to oversight site works including safety, quality and other compliance matters
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Course
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering in Construction sector
- Experiences in Solar Engineer and Fire Protection Systems will be an added advantage
- Conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point, AutoCAD at a minimum
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
