Job Description
- Assist in the execution of the main and sub contracts
- Monitor the progress claims and issuance of payment response
- Involve in project budget with various stake holders to ensure efficient and timely assignment and submissions.
- Perform Bill of Quantity Take-Off
- Contract administration for client, main contractor, consultants, sub- contractor and suppliers
- Administer contracts management to formulate contractual responses
- Involve in VO or dispute discussion with clients and sub-contractors for assigned projects and monitor follow on meeting
- Preparation of tender submissions
- Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors/Supplier, Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers
- Monitoring and follow-up on the payment response from client until receipt and submission of invoice to client
- Monitoring and submission of monthly Cash Flow and analysis
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E QS.
- Experience in tunnel & rail projects would be advantageous
- Good with Analytics and Numbers
