Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate office activities and appointments.
- Manage files, records, and documents, ensuring their organization and accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from both internal and external sources.
- Provide support for the daily affairs of senior management, including reservations, and other tasks.
- Ensure the efficiency of senior management's work and provide necessary support.
- Manage the daily maintenance and upkeep of office equipment.
- Ensure an adequate supply of office supplies and coordinate purchasing and replenishment.
- Coordinate collaboration with other departments and team members.
- Assist in arranging and managing staff travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum Bachelor of Degree
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Observant and has self initiative
