· Assist for kitchen’s daily operations.
· Set-up kitchen for the day’s business by preparing necessary equipment, utensils and food ingredients etc. at work stations.
· Prepare customers’ orders according to standard recipes and procedures.
· Perform food safety and work safety rules and policies at all times.
· Prepare food ingredients for next day operations.
· Store all food products/ ingredients at the end of the day.
· Perform general washing and cleaning duties, and proper upkeep of work station, equipment and facilities sanitary.
· Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties according to schedules.
· Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
