Job Description:
- Managing Sales Process and Lead generation.
- Handling enquiries and sales closure.
- Matching client's requirements with helper's profiles and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews between clients and helpers.
- Preparation and issuance of documentation and agreement.
- Perform all necessary Work Permit transactions with MOM including being the point of contact for further matters.
- Provide after-sales follow-up and client / helper services.
- Point of mediation between the helper and employer whenever necessary.
- Must possess EA personnel certificate with CEI license.
