- Handling and monitoring incoming sea/ air shipment and local delivery
- Co-ordinator with warehouse department for the RM arriving.
- Sorting out the original shipping or delivery documents to each department (Account dpmt & QA dpmt)
- In charge of claim settlement when receiving damaged goods (to inform supplier with claim note)
- Verify Invoice and Update the data to Import file.
