• Manage the entire onboarding process - recruitment by posting in various job portals, phone screening , interview, preparing employment contract, create new hire profile in HRMS and conduct orientation on new joiner's first day
• Manage work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and monitoring expiry dates
• Prepare confirmation letters and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
• Ensure timely acknowledgement of resignation and offboarding procedures
• Handle staff queries and grievances
• Update and manage employee records are updated real time accurately
• Assist in monthly payroll to ensure accuracy
• Provide uniforms for clinical staff
• Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• 1-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Thorough understanding of Singapore labour and employment laws.
• Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules
