Our client, an MNC, corporate services provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our team in driving efficiency, implementing change, and fostering strong client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and improve processes.
- Initiate and lead change initiatives to adapt to evolving market trends and customer needs.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
- To act as nominee director and company secretary on client companies where appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proven track record of outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
