Job Description:
- Ensure that all information related to the product, including its selling kit and costing, is in order before the sales/product launch.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the sales targets set by the management.
- Plan itineraries meticulously and proactively source new products to ensure that the business stays ahead of the market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business counterparts, fostering a sense of connection and value in your role.
- Conduct regular product briefings and provide training to all counter staff.
- Provide crucial support during Travel Fairs such as NATAS Fair, Malaysia Fair, Cruises, or Club Med Roadshow, making you an integral part of the company's operations.
It is your sole responsibility to manage and to achieve or exceed your revenue targets. As a result, weekly forecasts against revenue targets are your responsibility, and you need to work closely with the Head of Sales to manage the pipeline and set appropriate monthly and quarterly revenue expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcoming objections, return on investment analysis, closing the sale.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability.
- Candidate without selling experience but with strong relevant technical background and good people skill maybe considered.
