We're seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional support to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phones professionally
• Manage correspondences such as Email, Letters and Packages
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for staff
• Prepare presentations and documents
• Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
• Process expense reports and invoices (basic accounting knowledge a plus)
• Arrangement of inhouse meetings
• Oversee office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Assist other staffs when it requires
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
