Core Responsibilities:
- Developing of different recruitment strategies to partner-up with more clients in the industries/ and to attract the right candidate pool.
- Close working relationship with Leaders to coordinate publicity and recruitment exercise
- Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcome for all positions
- Continuously maintaining of good rapport with existing clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates’ profiles with clients’ requirements, including interview coordinations
- Any other duties/tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
- At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
- A good track record of successful placements in any industries
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) is a bonus.
