Direct Search Global is working with a start-up company in the Maritime industry to fill the role of Administrative Executive based in Singapore. The office is located nearby to Clarke Quay / Raffles Place MRT station.
Job Descriptions:
- Perform a full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, document filing, etc.
- Manage documentation efficiently such as printing and filing.
- Monitor office supply level.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries professionally.
- Review and ensure all invoices are accurate.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of documentation.
- Assist with any ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in office management.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Keen to learn new skills.
- Adabablity to fast-moving pace environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- The candidate will liaise with clients in China.
