Main Responsibilities：
1. Explore domestic and international big data risk control technologies and apply them to insurance business scenarios.
2. Research cutting-edge data analysis technologies and machine learning algorithms, applying them to the precise quantification of insurance risks.
3. Communicate with the group company and client companies, deeply understand the insurance business processes, identify business pain points, and support the design of solutions.
4. Support risk control model construction projects, including developing project plans, executing projects, and writing reports.
5. Continuously track the model’s effectiveness, provide monitoring reports, and continuously optimize the model.
Requirements:
1. 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning modelling, with prior experience in insurance industry projects preferred.
2. Proficient in using software such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
3. Strong learning ability, with a keen interest in insurance technology.
4. Good data sensitivity and logical thinking skills.
5. Excellent reading ability of Chinese and English literature, and good report writing skills.
Able to accept a period of on-site work at the client company.
