Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic vision in the e-government space.
- Drive initiatives to expand our market presence, increase revenue streams, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance overall performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make strategic financial decisions.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain the company's competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior leadership role within the IT industry, with a focus on e-government solutions.
- Strong understanding of the e-government landscape, including relevant technologies and trends.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, leading teams, and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
