Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service
- Provide support for the Fresh Department
- Replenish and maintain the stock level, monitor expiry dates and ensure it is within quality and display standards
- Prepare and package fresh products such as ham, sausages, salads, breads, bbq products, seafood and meat based on customer needs
- Ensure all price points communication are prepared, displayed accurately and timely
- Perform markdown, record wastage and disposal of products
- Perform stock ordering in the Fresh department according to the company’s SOP
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of front and back of the store
- Process online orders and pick items to the highest quality
- Perform Fresh Department supervisory duties, including store opening & closing
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties
- Support proper receiving and checkout duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
