Freight Forwarding - Documentation Position
• Handle telephone and email queries
• Process Bills of Lading / Shipping Certificate for customers with respective carriers
• Liaising with overseas agent for local/cross trade consignment
• Document filing
• Ensure carrier free time filing is in order based on customers' requirement
• Reconcile bookings
Job Requirements
· Individuals with Logistics or Shipping knowledge/background preferred
. Must be service oriented & resourceful (be able to trouble shoot and solve problems)
· Good team player with proactive attitude
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to multi-task & work under pressure
