Responsibilities
· Selling travel packages.
· Planning itineraries.
· Must be creative in creating exciting packages.
· Organizing, planning and conducting travel and tours for groups or individuals.
· Make sure that the travel runs smoothly from venue to venue without any issue.
· Must be able to do online booking and have a good relationship with Airlines
· Required to confirm reservations and show times, and deal with venue managers, ticket agents and promoters.
· Manage the schedules of the travel group
· Planning and disseminating in-depth itineraries.
· Booking flight reservations, transport, accommodation, and adjacent services.
· Directing visa application processes.
· Collaborating with marketing, government agencies, and venue operations teams.
· Managing allotted finances.
· Assist in other admin and general sales duties
· Must be able to do online booking and have a good relationship with Airlines
· Must be able to update website
Requirements
· Min 5 years relevant working experience in travel agency doing travel management
· Eloquent in spoken and written English and Malay
· Proficient in a third language will be an added advantage
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Meticulous and keen in details
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic salary up to $4,000 depending on qualification and experience
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm
Sat 9.30am to 3.00pm
