Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building
- Responsible for operations budget planning and monitoring, administration and management of contracts
- Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements, and to facilitate and execute building’s upgrading plans accordingly
- Lead and supervise a team of site staff to ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly
- Lead in site safety management operation
- Responsible in tender calling and contract management
- Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to
- Review, improve and make recommendation on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effective property management
- Develop and maintain good partnership with contractors / vendors
- Oversee all tenancy administration matters
- Build and maintain good rapport with tenants
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience of which 3 years should be in a managerial capacity
- Sound knowledge of M&E, Civil Security, Fire Safety and Estate Management
- Preferably a qualified Fire Safety Manager registered with and certified by SCDF
- Strong people management, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in commercial buildings is preferred and Business Parks will be an added advantage.
