Office : Jalan Besar Plaza
Working hour: Monday to Friday (9.30am to 5.00pm)
Job Description:
Monthly and mid monthly computation
Handle recruitment of cleaners
Handle employees onboarding and off boarding process.
HR duties included work pass application, course arrangement.
Office maintenance, ordering of supplies, client liaising
Check employee attendance records
Perform administrative duties & other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirments:
Flexible and willing to explore and learn new things
Proficient in Microsoft Office and XERO will be preffered.
Remuneration payout will be based on working experience
Must be able to speak and write English.
