Reporting to Account Director, you will be an Account Manager who can deliver amazing work, impress the client, and keep the budget and schedule on track. You are initiative-taking and always have agency’s best interests at heart and show a positive attitude to your teammates and clients.
This role will oversee accounts across APAC markets, with three key responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with key client and agency stakeholders, managing perceptions and expectations, demonstrating high level of emotional intelligence.
- Day-to-day management of accounts from crafting of briefs, conceptualisation through to production and submission.
- Plan and manage project budgets as well as timelines.
Responsibilities
- Possess a sound knowledge on TTL advertising and have experiences with creative assets production.
- Comprehend media diaries and work closely with external media agency to ensure campaign are delivered as per deadlines.
- Monitor budget - ensure there is no overspend and encourage spending if the fund is underutilised.
- Prepare costing and timelines to client for sign off before commencement of campaigns.
- Craft clear and precise creative and production briefs, and brief nto the relevant teams such as Creative, Web dev and Copy teams.
- Be a brand advocacy and ensure work comply with brand guidelines.
- Ensure work is carried out as per schedule and quality is in place at all times.
- Be responsible for the creation and/or update of all administrative documentation, e.g. WIP, job numbers, scope of work, cost estimates and purchase orders.
- Liaison with global creative agencies in obtaining or clarifying campaign assets.
- Develop an understanding of the profitability of client(s) business.
- Share knowledge and guide junior team members.
Job Specifications
1. Knowledge and Experiences Required
- 3-5 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of print, digital and content production processes.
- Sound knowledge on 360 advertising (ATL, BTL and TTL) including social media campaign management.
- Understand the nature of advertising and marketing, be interested in latest trends and the impact of these methods upon the client’s bottom line.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience in online communication using Microsoft Teams, Slack.
