Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts functions for Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) and reconciliation
- Handle daily cash collection and reconciliation
- Print sale invoices and monthly customer statements
- Prepare letters and/or emails to remind customers of due payments
- Process payments to suppliers
- Ensure all transactions are entered in accounting system in a timely manner
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Meticulous and organised
- Bilingual in English and Chinese as will be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking only customers and suppliers
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in AutoCount accounting system will be advantageous
