Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in tendering, understand the tender specification requirement.
- Taking Tender BQ, liaises with Main Con QS, Suppliers, Contractors, etc.
- Need take BQ on Construction Drawing thereafter for Variation Purpose.
- Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders, work out variation's claims, verify measurements with the client.
- Assess and submit a monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment.
- Certify and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works.
- Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts.
- Simple Drafting
- ACMV work experience is preferred
