- Plan the work programme and continually assess, meeting with client’s representatives or appointed consultant, review and improve performance including the conduct of risk assessment and management
- Conduct regular inspection to make sure to meet the Service Level Agreement
- Handle the administration of all works in the contract including receiving and responding to the client/his representatives or appointed Consultant’s directions issued.
- Attend joint site inspect with the Client/ his representatives or appointed Consultant and attend to defects and shortcomings highlighted during such inspection within a reasonable time.
- Carrying out Visual Tree Assessment to the trees in the property
- Oversee and supervise all landscaping works within the works area
- Liase with officers regards to work work arrangements, site inspections, meeting, complaints or any other matters
- Liase with government department for the grant application and claim status.
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned by Management of the Company.
