Responsibilities:
- Support Operations team in daily administrative roles
- Process (scanning, renaming, data-entry, etc) of clients’ delivery orders and invoices
- Post out of invoices and statements of account to clients via email
- Liaise with clients’ on aging invoices
- Assist to maintain proper documentations and filing
- Assist HR and Finance with ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- GCE “O” levels or equivalent experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferrable
- Able to commit for 6 months
