Responsibilities:
- Handle the full cycle of sales activities of residential development projects
- Proactive and resourceful in canvassing potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline and clinch sale through various platforms and channels
- Network and conduct viewings for prospects and solicit sales
- Handle enquiries and presentation of property details
- Proficiently administer all sales and legal documentation pertaining to the sales and in compliance with statutory and company regulations
- Follow up and track on sales leads, prospects and daily showflat’s visitor
- Prepare and submit sales analysis reports and work plans to Management
- Establish positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents
- Preparation of all sales related documents and ensure that all sales related documents are properly filled and commission recorded accurately
- Versed in Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing requirements and conducts screening of customers
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Marketing
- 3 to 5 years of relevant direct sales experience with property developers
- Experience dealing with high-end luxury properties are advantageous
- Candidates with a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification would have added advantage
- Confident in delivery of sales presentation in both English and Chinese required
- Possess an outgoing and self-motivated personality with customer service-oriented, sales-driven mindset
- Independent, meticulous and have sound understanding of the property buying and selling property process
- Good knowledge of statutory and/ or real estate regulatory compliance
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work on shifts (Including weekends and/or public holidays)
