Job Description
- Manage employees’ monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Preparation of HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters, memos, and other correspondences.
- Handle the recruitment process including the arrangement of interviews, and placement of job advertisements.
- Handle employees’ tax filing/clearance
- Responsible for all work pass applications, renewal, and cancellations.
- Assist in employees’ training registration, and manage training records for all employees
- Manage employees’ insurance claims and workmen compensation (WICI)
- Maintaining employees’ database and leave records, including annual and medical leave
- Manage workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories, including arrangements upon workers' arrival in Singapore.
- Completing surveys from MOM and BCA;
- Handle vehicles accident (if applicable);
- All other ad hoc employees’ related matters
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
- Detail-oriented, strong work ethics when handling confidential matters, skilled in people management and negotiation
- Self-starter, go-getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prompt in providing accurate data information
- Experience with Infotech HRM system will be an advantage
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office
- A candidate with less experience but potential may be considered as Assistant Officer.
