(JP) Admin Assistant (Sales)

Summary:

Basic Salary: $2200 - $2300

Location: Woodlands

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6:10pm


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls.
  • Process sales orders efficiently.
  • Generate invoices, delivery orders, and relevant documents for dispatch. Compile monthly sales reports.
  • Convey significant customer feedback internally.
  • Manage inbound shipments.
  • Handle mobile devices for Van Sales operations.
  • Maintain general file organization.
  • Undertake any additional tasks delegated by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of 'O' Level education.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages.
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • No prior experience are encouraged to apply
