Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and manage sales for data center-related project works, including Fit-Out and A&A Works.
- Identify and cultivate new business leads to meet or exceed sales targets, understanding market trends and customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor sales team members to enhance sales performance and revenue generation.
- Travel as needed to engage with clients, planning and executing strategic sales plans to convert prospects into customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal preparation to contract fulfilment, ensuring timely and effective closing of sales.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate project specifications and delivery in line with sales agreements.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and project progress to senior management, aiming for continuous performance improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of sales experience in an M&E or IT environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience, particularly in live data center environments, with a strong understanding of M&E systems and proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading project teams and interacting effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Commitment to ensuring project timelines are met, with the ability to produce detailed project reports and conduct regular update meetings with clients.
- Experience with IST procedures is preferred, along with a resourceful, problem-solving approach and a commitment to achieving sales and project goals.
