- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including the development and utilization of diverse talent pipelines.
- Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of engaging employee wellness activities.
- Manage and administer the employee benefits program, ensuring smooth operation and tracking.
- Administer HR systems, applications (e.g., learning and benefits), and the Group's social media channels.
- Undertake additional HR responsibilities as delegated.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, covering all aspects of HR functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication, with a hands-on approach and a pleasant demeanor.
