Job Desprictions:
1. Review final documentations and submit to customer in customer portal
2. Arrange Notification of Inspection, liaise with Third Party Inspector and follow up accordingly.
3. Able to use Non-conformance register, process concession request, Technical Queries. Drawing clarifications, Root Cause Analysis, Preventive/Corrective action and follow up accordingly.
4. Review customer quality plans, insertion test plans, drawing requirements and ensure these requirements
are incorporated into work orders.
5. Able to read technical drawings, material specification and other customer’s requirements.
6. Able to Lead/assist in External/Internal Audit and customer audit
7.Compiling Raw Material Inspection/Certificate report.
8. Maintain QMS documents.
9. Monitor all measuring equipment for calibration due date and to coordinate outsourced calibration.
10. Must follow instruction given by Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the oil & gas industry
- Able to interpret drawings and technical documents
- Good technical competence & strong communication skills
- Good organizing and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and contribute to the team excellence
