Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Procurement Administration.
- Request and Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/or subcontractors.
- To handle price negotiation with suppliers, and update price comparison for management’s approval.
- Quarterly update the inventory list.
- Follow up on material delivery and manage the drivers' activities
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items and delivered on-site.
- Matching PO, DO, and Tax Invoices and submit to account dept on time.
- To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of construction experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.
