Your key responsibilities
· Oversee corporate travel operations and expenses within the respective region by ensuring regional compliance with the Global Travel and Events Procedure.
· Provide expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and act as first point of contact in case of escalations, emergencies, and other unexpected events .Maintain day-to-day relationships with travel suppliers to ensure quality service and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Support Procurement with vendor RFP’s and commercial negotiations. Monitor and track regional TMC's with regard to performance measured by SLA’s and oversee and communicate the global RFP hotel program to the respective regional sites.
· Monitor travel advisories, security concerns, and natural disasters to ensure employee safety during trips in close collaboration with the Security team.
· Monitor regional travel program performance through reporting and analytics processes to track key travel metrics, expenses, compliance, and traveler satisfaction. Commit to continuous improvement as an ongoing effort to enhance processes, policies, and practices to achieve better efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall satisfaction for travelers.
· As a Business SPOC for HNC you improve the coordination, communication and effectiveness of travel management efforts in the business and reflect HNC requirements in the Group Travel team .In addition, act as a champion in either sustainability, reporting and analytics, or meetings and events to enhance and advance the responsible travel program.

You bring
· Bachelor's degree or certificates in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related discipline.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in travel management is required, with a strong preference in managing regional travel operations within the relevant geographical region and affinity with working with travel management systems, hotel RFP management systems, and online booking tools is also essential.
· Work experience in a multinational organization with global cross-cultural teams & diverse regional environments is preferred. A huge commitment and drive to achieve travel management goals through a performance driven mindset and remarkable influencing skills.
· A curiosity towards corporate travel innovation and a genuine passion for travel.
