Job description:

  • Responsible for all administrative matters including typing, scanning and distribution of mail, handling telephone calls, etc.
  • Dealing with daily secretarial duties and any private and confidential matters pertaining to the Company.
  • Manage diaries and schedule and coordinate all appointments, interdepartmental and management meetings and maintain an efficient record of the meetings and provides the timely reminders on his appointments/meetings.
  • Responsible for preparation of presentation material to Corporate, Regulatory Agencies and Partners.
  • Responsible for the compilation of weekly reports, monthly forecast reports and Executive Committee reports and to ensure timely submission to Corporate Management.
  • Responsible for completing the corporate card statement online monthly basis.
  • Manage all essential business documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and responses

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years experiences in admin or secretary related roles
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
