Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Execute comprehensive financial and operational audits across the Group's companies, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely in the formulation and implementation of audit programs aligned with the strategic audit plan.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of internal operations to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Assess the efficacy of systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhanced internal controls and operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Lead audits in high-risk areas such as inventory control, manufacturing, and overarching control functions.
  • Engage in management interviews, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and deliver insightful presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to internal audit, showcasing expertise in risk management and control.
  • Possess robust analytical abilities, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to drive impactful audit outcomes.
  • Demonstrate sound business acumen, keeping abreast of industry trends and organizational dynamics.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting articulate audit reports.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships across various business functions, contributing to process optimization and improvement initiatives.
  • Exhibit autonomy in work, efficiently managing projects with minimal supervision and meeting project deadlines.
  • Be flexible for up to 40% travel, including visits to emerging countries.
